a mini-game still would’ve been a good opportunity for a tester to see if there’s a demand for a fully fleshed out game like the one you described
feel like we’ve progressed past the need for sequels unless its absolutely necessary nowadays since there’s the capability for HUGE updates
They probably wanted to include quidditch but the developers just couldn't crack it. They're relatively unproven and inexperienced in open world AAA games, there's probably a bunch of things they wanted to include but had to end up cutting
And I definitely expect a sequel, this game is going to sell like crack
Publishers are going to want another one asap. Idk how they'll pull it off though because they can't really do all the Hogwarts lore again

I’m not saying don’t play it or anything but that’s a fact that should be acknowledged.
Understood but it’s not like avoiding buying a game that will bring joy to a lot of people would suddenly make her broke or make the anti trans groups a non factor. They are problems that will exist with or without my purchase so i might as well enjoy the work hundreds of workers spent 50+ hour work weeks to get right. It’s very unfairly black and white to label someone anti trans for purchasing this when we all directly or indirectly contribute to some greater problem out there in the world.

i honestly think i prefer that model, no need to work on a sequel until you’ve had the opportunity to flesh out the game you currently have especially if the playerbase is there
unless you’re making major changes like changing the engine or whatever. there’s nothing worse than a reskinned game presented as a sequel Overwatch 2
