idk why the movies were actually visually dark. like all of them made everything all shadowy and dark and everyone so quiet. feel like there was wasted potential when the books made everything seem so bright and magical

There’s a lot of videos about why it’s a great movie and how cuaron snapped while directing but this one is a fun watch

I just really really don’t envy whoever has to reinvent the way the school looks.

The way they brought it to life in the movies is crazy and unless they use the same place, I can’t imagine it being anywhere near as good.
