Yep I’ve been tuning out the world less during my commute. It’s refreshing tbh
My morning commute I play music. It starts off my day. If I'm fried mentally, then I just do the silence thing.
Yall need to stop using "raw dogging" like this it's a very jarring term
I hate gen alpha. They're too close comforatable with the fact they watch p*** at a young age and using lingo like that.
Using “raw dogging” to describe your work commute raises more red flags than not listening to anything on your commute
Lately I've caught myself coming to and from work in complete silence.
Like I have to actively remind myself to put something on, and I don't know why.
Does this make me a serial killer?
are you thinking ? enjoying the ride ? zoned out ?
I do this at least a couple times a week
I work in music and have music on at the office all day, sometimes I need to hear the world instead
Usually when I’m too fried and I’m on the burned out stage I just wanna hear silence not even trying to bump on the way back home lol
are you thinking ? enjoying the ride ? zoned out ?
Oh I be super deep in though.
Now about what is a whole other thing entirely. Just a bunch of BS and nonsense honestly.

this ^
sometimes your ear is just fatigued.
...especially if you're staring at a screen all day

Nothing wrong with this, I find it settles the mind.. I’m over stimulated probably.
I always think of this Rick Rubin quote from some interview, “I meditated in the car on the way here, and I missed the exit.” — just that you can squeeze in moments of meditation all through out the day.. fancy dissociation/zoning
Nah i do that too but i walk. Its great meditation and a de-stresser. I find that music takes me out of the moment.
No phone no music, just walkin and listening to the city
