About 9 weeks ago I tripped over a mat with sudden movement and due to that I think I have given myself plantar fascitiis, pain but can tolerate in both heels. Weeks ago I was only given a grade 1 sprain/twisted ankle and nothing was broken apparently without an x ray..

I can still weight bare it but it is sore without a shoe on when I walk on flooring but not carpet and I dont have any bruising or swelling and I didnt feel or hear anything when it happened either and I dont feel pain when I do ankle exercises. I had other sore bits thats away now not this though.

Has anyone had this before and how long did it take to heal if it ever does and what did you do?

    Thanks guys

Soak your feet in an epsom salt bath to help heal faster. That plus rest and it should go away on its own.

Cycling and light exercises should be fine. Just avoid anything that can cause your ankle to get twisted again like pickup basketball or something. No heavy leg day either
