I moved to a predominately white area last year (didn't know before moving here). i get followed around in stores, im afraid to wear sweats, avoiding ppl because i don't want to hear that 'tone'. there's some cool people here and you can tell because they're friendly and engage in conversation with you... but the rest don't fw me at all

and the black dudes out here simp for white women. There Is Nothing Wrong with a preference, but they don't have to insult my hair or skin color when we're the same

I went from nyc my whole life to Vermont for a couple semesters which is c***central. Made the most of it. The people weren’t a major issue for me but I definitely wouldn’t want to live or raise my kids there.

I’m feeling the same way I start this new job Monday . It’s amazing pay but when I did the tour I didn’t see one black person. S*** really making me hope they don’t get one some racist s*** because they job itself seems like it will be good
