She is certainly up there with the greatest, 80s MJ and Janet during the 90s. She murdered every award show from the Grammys to Billboard Awards, BET opening with Kendrick, Country Music Awards, VMAs etc. Headlined multiple stadium tours to rave reviews and phenomenal success, history making festival show-ups with Glastonbury and Coachella.

Honestly can't recall a single performance and I don't think they had any impact or influence like they used to

Homecoming definitely had impact, however one defines that. It’s recent, but definitely would be considered one of her most iconic performances by (non)fans alike

Two impactful facts amongst many to choose from:

“Beyoncé was the first black woman to headline Coachella,18 and was set to be the second woman to headline ever, the first in a decade, until she dropped out due to her pregnancy.45 Vogue credited Beyoncé as "(setting) the stage for a new era of female domination" at the festival,46 as every year since Beyoncé was announced in 2017, a woman has headlined,4748”

“Beyoncé's performance garnered 458,000 simultaneous viewers to become the festival's most viewed performance to date and the most live streamed performance of all time, with the entire performance having 41 million total viewers from around the world, 75% more than the previous year.42

The way she and her team brought the visual album on stage is mind-boggling, they achieved with a medley what some artist can’t even do with a 1,5h set. Budget plays a role, not everybody has that, but the amount of dedication and hard work should not be overlooked.
