nirvana didn’t exist before SBTH

Off the tope of my head definitely Nirvana. I tried to get into them around 2011. Liked a few songs but they didn't click with me.
I remember Cudi giving a lot of praise to montage of heck (documentary on Kurt's life). I watched it and gained a new respect for Nirvana. I felt like I understood a lot better where the music was coming from also not being alive when they were doing their thing it was hard to understand why they were so important. Just simply listening to smells like teen Spirit ect without any context it's hard to understand
