Fivio Foreign is the face of NY drill right now and he keeps putting out heaters. The guy has a lot of charisma, but his verses seem absolutely barebones in terms of effort. It's not like Pop Smoke or most of the other Woo guys had insane wordplay but they're lyrical miracle compared to Fivi.

I think his Zoo York verse was exemplary:

This is probably his worst recent verse but all of 800 BC was pretty samey. This critique was leveled at Pop Smoke a lot too but I think that both Meet the Woo tapes had a decent amount of variety, certainly more than this.

Love to see the guy succeed and the music is p good but damn he really puts in no effort

also Fivi trying to define "viral" at 3:30 is a gem

Yeah, I’ve tried to listen to his projects , some songs are cool but the it factor is missing

22gz is pretty average tbh havent listened to enough rah swish, the ones who should be getting the attention imo are Sheff, Sleepy,Eli Fross and Bizzy Banks

I don’t mind hearing the same verse over and over if it’s hard enough
