This pic probably highlights it best, he’s consistently oily with what looks like a mix of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and cycstic acne. I know he’s just an underground rapper but you’d figure he’d have the resources to correct this issue. Hope all the best for his skin in the future tho, lowkey he should reach out for to Tyler for some advice
