Memphis is definitely getting their long overdue shine of recognition as of recent years but they're still not replacing Atlanta considering many of them still have to go to ATL to network and blow nationwide since that's where much of the action and labels are.

Memphis artists would need to reinvest back into their city and rap scene seriously if they wanna become the next rap hub other than just producing good music. Otherwise they would end up with the fate of Jersey and Philly which both had decent runs in the past but declined since they never invested back into producing new rap hubs to stay on for good. That's how Atlanta has been able to stay relevant all these years.
