Opinion based of facts tho my boy.
Carti is better than Uzi now tho, if that make you feel any better
Address ticket sales please
Ive been bumping more Carti lately. But overall Uzi has always been ahead.
Numbers wise, Critical Acclaim wise, Impact wise all of that.
Carti dont have a Xo Tour Life he never had a Uzi 2016 run. Carti has really came into his own Post Die Lit to Now.
Uzi was on fire from the gate.
Most people don’t know who uzi is now…
Much less in ‘16…
You guys have to stop thinking on such a small scale.
The question is an opion based question, so yes no matter the answer its based of who you personally like more.
And I've never said anything about 10/10 albums, dont bring someone elses arguments to me bro.
You 2 guys literally made my point…
You are arguing “Your Opinion”
He’s arguing “Facts”
That’s why I posted in the 1st place.. It makes no sense.
But looks like I helped you guys out!
Ok, ticket sales say carti, critics say carti, album sales say carti.
And IDC. I’m just pointing out facts
Idk about ticket sales but "critic" scores and album sales uzi leads in. but if you have to use "critic" reviews to help your point you already lost.

"most people don't know who uzi is now"
These discussions didn’t exist until WLR came out … Which in fairness is a testament to WLRs impact
LIR2 is still the best project between them in my opinion, and is ageing the best, however you have to acknowledge the profound influence Carti has had since he blew up and is even more so today in a post-WLR soundscape
Uzi is more versatile though, and a better straight up rapper ; he has so much range and on the whole his projects are always super-high quality whereas Carti thrives through things being slightly rough around the edge
Carti 3 all time 10/10 classic projects undisputed.
Realistically outside of Luv is Rage 2 I don't think Uzi has any project remotely close to ANY of the Carti projects
“3 10/10 all time undisputed classics”
No
Uzi has bars lol have you heard him freestyle?
Also i think luv vs the world > wlr
Xo tour life is bigger than any carti song ever too

Uzi is way bigger than Carti on a mainstream level. Have you seen the Just Wanna Rock video?
Uzi objectively had a better discography off of the merit of having more projects (and those Uzi projects being good) up until 2018
Atp, then you reach a quality vs quantity discussion and it might be contentious. Uzi still has at least 2 classics imo atp and at least another project that is really good (you can place LIR 1 and his 2016 projects however you want amongst this). LIR2 did nothing for me though, outside of a few tracks
Ok, ticket sales say carti, critics say carti, album sales say carti.

Uzi didn’t get to tour his biggest album Carti did
"most people don't know who uzi is now"
They don’t. It’s literally a fact..
Maybe little rap groups.
Like I said, big picture.
Let’s go just US, to help your case… Maybe.. possibly.. 10% of people know who he is?
Uzi didn’t get to tour his biggest album Carti did
Make excuses.
Like I said, IDC.
Carti was selling out 2k seats in 2019 & 6-8k in ‘22. Not many rappers can do that, period.
Idk about ticket sales but "critic" scores and album sales uzi leads in. but if you have to use "critic" reviews to help your point you already lost.
I can’t lose…
Because my whole point was this is biased.
Then one guy said everything posted was facts.
Then another guy posted that everything was opinions.
I’m not trying to prove ANY points.
Carti stands out more at this very moment, but Uzi was literally replicating the vibes Carti is standing out for years before he did. And the whole gay angle is something like 40 artists did before him.
There’s nothing I can think of where you’d argue where he’s more impactful from a career perspective, unless you just think there’s intrinsically more impact just because you’re “weirder” than other “weird” contemporaries
