I watch a lot of movies, I’ve seen a lot of 2024 movies and honestly nothing has been more than ‘good.’

I would say my favourite film of the year was the apprentice but if you put that in another year it wouldn’t come close in my top list.

22 and 23 were great years for movies

Smile and Dune 2 were pretty damn good

2020 was abysmal. 2021 was mildly tolerable to slightly good and 2022 was pretty bad.

This is, at worst, the 2nd best film year of the decade so far
