Asmond Gold isn't a reliable narrator.
But to give you an actual response
1. He already admitted its a vibration collar. Having a remote doesn't prove anything, as vibration collars have a remote too. We already knew he had a remote, so finding other clips of a remote isn't really new evidence.
2. Any stream footage isn't clear enough to make out an exact make and model. This is different than seeing something oddly specific like a book cover. Collars have hundreds of different makes and models.
I've seen threads of ppl arguing where ppl posted "The exact shock collar that he's been proven to have used". And then a Hasan glazer will respond with a vibration collar that is "proven to be the exact vibration collar". 90% of the youtubers covering this are either SlopTubers who aren't good at research and just upload daily, or Right Wingers with an agenda3. Even if it were a shock collar, Shock collars tend to have levels. They rarely have a singular high voltage shock. The lowest setting would be a vibration, with the highest setting being a shock. Tons of ppl use these, but keep them on low settings and never use the highest setting shock, and tends to just be there for emergencies(dog going out of control or something).
Point is, even if you find a shock collar, there's no proof that he's using it at harmful levels. It would look bad if he lied, even if he's not using it on those settings. But at the same time had he said "Okay guys. so this IS a shock collar. But i don't use it for shocking". The same ppl on a witch hunt wouldn't have believed him and demanded for consequences regardless. This is why internet detective work is pointless.
4. The biggest and most damning evidence is his dog yelping. Thats the one thing that makes it look really bad for him. Its not inherent proof either(Dogs can yelp for a ton of reasons. Not exclusively for the reasoning being pain).
TLDR; There is not really enough definitive proof one way or the other

It’s literal footage. Nothing about this video paints Hasan in a bad light through the words of somebody in bad faith, it’s just raw footage of the shock button being shown in the exact spot where he has been filmed reaching for it multiple times lol. This was the fastest clip of it I could find
