My package says delivered and is nowhere to be seen

I know it couldn't have been stolen because it was delivered in a lockbox!

What has happened to my duck hat 🙁

did u check ur mailbox for a key to a package locker, could be in there maybe 🤔

I have gotten the wrong key before too, and have to leave a note on the mailbox for the mail person lol

bro ya its actually really hard to get a hold of someone for usps bc its usually based on your local post office or whatever

if the tracking says "delivered in parcel locker" but your mailbox is empty I would recommend leaving a post it note saying something like "missing parcel locker key" on your mailbox so the mail person could see it

I had something similar where they gave me the key to the wrong locker and I left a note and the correct key was in there the next day

alternatively you could try going (or calling) to the post office but thats hella tedious and idk what they'll tell u

I just tried calling the actual post office and they had me on hold for 10 minutes then it hung up without ever answering me

Gonna go there and give them a piece of my mind!!!!!

I have retrieved the hat

I guess they just didn't put the key to the lockbox in my mailbox

So they just put it in a random unlocked box and expected me to guess that it would be in that one
