From dababy to beabadoobee to clairo to Mario Judah to asap feed. It's boring! Put some real effort in to make it sound really good jeez. Anyone else feel this way? The path were going it's gonna die off in a few years with some new instrument having a boring ass melody the whole song like the flute was for a year or two.
the boring ass melodies keeps it simple for the rapper to rap on, or you're just going to get those horrible Jay Z linkin park type songs again.

Plus you have people who send stems of guitar samples to other producers and I imagine down the line it will be less time consuming for them to play the instrument by themselves
