This s*** was destined to happen the moment colonizers decided to be greedy and degrade native American culture in America read this book named ecotopia. Technology was supposed to bring us closer to nature and preserve it but instead we chose the route to seperating ourselves

You're right but it's led us to thinking less critically due to instantaneous answers and quick browsing habits and our brains don't need to be constantly worked with information overload aswell

Honestly anyone who tries to argue against this is addicted to the dopamine rush of likes / followers or whatever.

There is LEGITIMATE science backing up the theory that social media is toxic, causes anxiety and depression, brings forward narcissism, is negative, etc. (I can keep going).

Delete your social media accounts, the companies use your information for data as well. They'll sell all your info to whoever as long as they get money. They don't give a s*** about you.

Also; I've been doing research and there's apparently more and more information everyday that social media and phone use can exacerbate ADHD as well.
