I was stunned to learn that “edging” has become popular in the vocabulary of middle schoolers
That s*** is ironic
I’ve noticed on the majority of social media and places like twitch s***is just accepted now.
On Twitter it is filled with people tagging there OF profile or just random p*** vids.
Twitch now has people half naked just chatting.
When did we as a society just accept this to be normal?
Whats wrong with sex? The way u phrased it makes it seen like s***shouldnt be accepted

Nothing wrong with s***but it seems it’s the only way to get advertised. Especially as a women

Her brain in a man’s body is one of the 93.6 percentile of CEOs we have let’s be real
OF is as much about business than it is a body
It’s so dumb to say if you put her brain into a man’s body they’d be poor.
Dude sounds insecure as fck, as most podcast heads “calling out women” do. Hypersexualization in culture atm is a crisis. The logic here just isn’t accurate though. Just recently we got another story of a public school teacher who was committed to her job etc and couldn’t make ends meet so took up OF. That reflects a failed state (USA). It’s not that women who do OF don’t have anything to offer, it’s that our society is so twisted structurally that s***work is more highly rewarded by several orders of magnitude than public service and/or meaningful community work. That’s a problem that will only lead us further down this path. So much human potential is being wasted by low wage work / labor theft.

Now you mention it I’m surprised his premise didn’t bring him to this
“I’m not talking to you but at you as the symbol”

We absolutely have, but I don't think it's the worst thing affecting our society. Certainly not worse than growing numb to violence and narcissism, which undeniably has taken place.
Generally, I think the bigger issue is our own selfishness leading us to objectify people and use them for our own pleasure, which is its own form of narcissism. Consensual s***and nudity isn't really such a bad thing to grow numb to. In fact, they're unfairly demonized, often leading to a problematic perspective on relationships and the human body.

You spitting facts with the violence, we got so many military recruiters out here tricking kids into being radicalized. However I think all this sexualization contributes to objectifying people though, right?
blame capitalism for allowing the monetization of what's sacred
S*** is not sacred lol
There's nothing sacred about sexuality
Doesn't mean it should be monetized but calling it sacred is dumb

The sexualization being talked about in OP is a symptom of a bigger problem, which is an economic system that encourages people to use their own bodies as capital, which they ultimately have ownership of. S***sells and there's a gold rush right now online.
Objectification worsens when people have access to high speed internet and can see so many nude bodies in such a short period of time that the person on the screen loses their humanity. But the reason that p*** is so widespread in the first place is that there's a market and a means for it. I don't blame anyone for starting an OF when it benefits them monetarily.
My point I guess is that the sexualization happening right now is more circumstantial than anything inherent to this generation. It's a product of technology and economics.
Sexualization is more than that. It's young men thinking they aren't worth anything if they ain't bigger than X inches. It's young women thinking they need to be X cup size or no man will ever love them. It's people not realizing there's a lot more to relationships and life in general than sex. It's people growing their whole lives with dysfunctional families formed by the effects of media that promotes behavior that is shortsighted. It's kids having their mind warped by this media at an impressionable age. It's the fact that we as humans may not be built to be exposed to all this media on this level. What is it doing to us? We don't know.
I already know most people will respond to me and say it's not that deep tho
there are way way way more people not caring about all that and not letting it affect their lives
blame capitalism for allowing the monetization of what's sacred
I don't view it as sacred per se but yeah basically this is the root of the problem
Do you think animals having s***is sacred? Just wondering if the act is sacred or the intention or what
there are way way way more people not caring about all that and not letting it affect their lives
See I was waiting for someone to say this. The fact of the matter is we are all human beings and we all operate in fundamentally the same way more or less, especially when it comes to brain chemistry. Whether people like it or not these things do affect us all. And even if we assume it somehow doesn't, it will intectly affect you through other people as a proxy. This is a society wide thing and not just about individuals and their attitudes.
