    fam hyperventilating or whatever we used to do that s*** all
    The time in middle school where you make yourself/friends run out of breath and then you kinda choke them until they faint loll so dumb smh

    s*** was a trip tho cause when you pass out you have the craziest dream that seems like it lasts forever but it’s really less than a minute.

    its not for everyone but i think its scientifically proven theres some good things ab wim hof's 'technique' which is about being 'mind over body' type thing tbh, its pretty interseting stuff
