    I had a whole drawn out OP written up contextualizing how I arrived to this info, but niggas don’t care lol. Anyways, I always thought you just needed to exercise and not eat too horribly and you’d be straight forever, but my mom (nursey nurse) told me my BP might be recently elevated bc my sleep schedule is dog s*** (and has been for a minute)

    I think I could even get my eating right but nothing has ever been more of a thorn in my ass than sleeping on time, ever since I was given autonomy and a cellular device

    I don’t even know if it’s a sleep schedule thing, but idk how some people get 7-8 straight sleep. I can only do that when I’m drunk or sumn. I usually get like 4-6 hours and then after that I’d I try to go back to sleep it takes me some time and then I’ll sleep for maybe an hour. S*** is annoying.

    Absolutely, mine is high rn because of multiple factors. Currently attempting to fix it through diet. I went to work and asked my coworkers if they are experiencing hypertension and it's pretty much across the board yes with a few exceptions.

    having a bad sleep schedule affects your entire life and is hurting your brain

    I say this as someone who usually doesn't sleep til 12 midnight or later

    It’s wild how thin that margin is between stage 1 hypertension is and “normal”. I guess you’re supposed to skew more at 120 than 129, which is usually how I fare but what are you gonna do

    have a same sleep pattern every day an wake up the same time every day [just make sure it = to 7-8 hrs

    Only way to have a good sleep schedule is to be consistent it’s not gonna happen overnight probably takes a month of trying for it to work
