i'm not one to impose my religion on others, but i'll just say that i felt lost for awhile and was looking into other forms of spirituality. but once I returned back to my faith and took it seriously, life just became a lot more pleasant for me.

@op i'd suggest at least reaching out to your local church, temple, mosque, etc (whatever works best for you), meeting the leader or someone at the place of worhsip, and at least seeing if it feels right for you

@op Demonology involves the practice of controlling demons for personal gain, I personally don’t practice it but if that’s not what your into then search for something more spiritually motivating like practices involving meditation or connecting to positive entities like Angels
