So for example, instead of Batwoman going to Netflix at the end of its season, it's going to HBO Max

Lol you're probably half joking but I do think there's some truth to that. Swamp Thing and DP have a lot more love put into them than Titans
@SgtLeaf nah I had heard doom patrol and swamp thing were next level and could tell titans was an after thought . They likely don’t even want them associated too deeply
