yeahhhhh just reading that reminded me how bad s2 really was all the stories about sam changing major plot points the day of filming and zendaya having to go to his house to help him finish writing the script made so much sense because the season really did feel like he was just writing random s*** he had no plan of ever going back to continue

i’ve not rewatched it since launch, which is crazy because s1 and special episodes were so good man wtf happened to sam in between seasons. ep. 1 and ep.5 are the only good episodes i remember from s2 and even ep. 5 was kinda wild when u rlly think about it lmaoo

Some writers can’t do a long stretched out narrative and would rather keep it simple to minimal location.

Some writers can’t do one locations and excel at working on a bigger scale.

Some writers are dialogue driven and lack more so wit plot.

Some writers are plot driven and lack more so wit dialogue.

Sam is bad at all of these elements because he’s tried to write different films/shows and they all typically showcase how weak his pen game is.
