Just finished ep3. The ending was pretty bad imo.
So there was a three year time jump in the beginning and they trying to tell me during that time they werent able to defeat those f***ing cavemen because they have arrows
but then that mf Daemon suddenly could take them all by himself because he was hurt in his pride because the Valyrian men didnt want to follow him anymore?
And now he is the big hero badass and is backed by them?
I did like the show so far, but this felt so rushed, reminded me of S7/S8 pacing.
That cavemen boss was also such a useless character. They introduced him as this badass with that dark score at the end of ep2 and then he just gets smoked like that lmao
Dragon scenes also lost their impact, as I expected.

Hard to disagree with any of this
but if it makes you feel any better the Crabfeeder war is ultimately irrelevant and only got like a paragraph in the book. Basically got put in the show so Daemon had something to do during the time skip.

I thought so. It's "only" purpose was to divide the Targaryens (except Daemon) and the Valyriens and to give Daemon an opportunity to shine as a leader.. which in general is all fine, but the execution didnt work at all for me.

I agree, it was handled poorly. Felt like a buncha stuff was cut.
Laenor’s time skip age from episode 2 to 3 is like 10 years
that boy look l maybe 12 at best at the tournament.
Sounds game of thronesy
May I ask how does one conceal spoilers in their comment?
I have yet to figure it out myself this site super janky how hard is it to just add a spoiler button like literally any other site?

Use two pipes (vertical bars) on each side of the spoiler text like this:
||Testing blah blah||

More simple than I expected considering how many incompatible image and gif types there are when trying to hyperlink lol
