It’s fun for book readers because Fire and Blood is written like a history book and it’s not in the point of view of any character. So there’s some things happening in the show that contradict the book but that’s because no one is actually around to know the full truth.

So even for book readers there are things being reveled while watching.

Yeah. They also get the chance to expand on a lot of stuff since the story they're covering is really only like 300 pages. Basically the opposite of GoT where they constantly had to condense s***.

here's my take on Laenor/Rhaenyra. they shouldn't have f***ed this thing up so badly. i dont care if he's gay, you want your family line to continue through you. they tried, and failed. try harder! get a f***ing turkey baster and go at it every night and get her pregnant however possible. all this drama because he couldn't get her pregnant and have some biracial babies, or at least 1 of them to cover up the others. they are both powerful people, they could have brought in a maestor in secret to get them pregnant if they needed help.

Idk I'm happy that Laenor lived but it sort of felt like it made Rhaenyra and Daemon the good guys too much . And like if we really never see dude again it gave him an uncharacteristic happy ending even tho I wanted it it feels wrong

I looked up the new actor and I think its jus just the new wig they havin him wear. Actually seems like good casting since the new actor sounds like an actual adult and they kind of look similar tbh atleast from this random interview I saw
