he’s kinda the ned stark of the show if u think about it: really shortsighted when it comes to politics + gets decapitated for calling the heirs to the throne b******s

I thought he got killed for calling Rhaenyra a w****. That's when Viserys got extra pissed

Eh. Ned was tricked because he was too naive for KL. Vaemond just went off and committed suicide cause he didnt get what he wanted. Aside from being honest above all else they're pretty different. Though I still think trying to snatch his bros throne before he was even confirmed dead was pretty slimey.

Was Luke laughing at Aemond lmaooo. Why would you do that 💀

Go back and rewatch that scene

The chefs bring out an entire roasted pig, which is a callback to when Jace and Luke said he’s just a pig back years before when he was still a scrub and got picked on by all the others.

Give paddy the f***ing emmy good God.

It's insane to think viserys is an afterthought in the books but he was a staple of this show.

Yeah they really did such a great job with his character especially in contrast to the kings we’ve seen previously

Every time they mention the prince that was promised I’m confused as to wtf they’re talking about. I know they mean Jon snow but what was he promised to do again?

The prophecy is honestly about Jon and Dany, thus being a song of ice and fire. Without either one of them, they wouldn’t have beat the white walkers. The prince or princess that was promised.

We really need a Aegon’s conquest show. The fact that dude conquered and unified Westeros just so that they could collectively face off against the threat of the north is just so dope. It’s cool to see how each King has held up that part of the prophecy in their own right. Yet the house of the dragon always seems to implode lol
