This might be blasphemy but I think I enjoy season 1 of House of Dragons more than season 1 of Game of Thrones

Although this topping season 3 and 4 of Game of Thrones will be very hard.

Time will tell, but it really has a high chance of completely dethroning GoT for me (pun intended) just bc of the way they ended things it left a bad taste in my mouth pause

I appreciate the earlier seasons for what it is, I just can’t come to full terms with the direction they decided to go in the later seasons and basically it ruined the cohesion for me

Real s*** after a recent rewatch of S1, it goes toe to toe with the best seasons of GoT if not greater if the following seasons maintain that quality this won’t be much of a discussion
