i mean i didnt love it but i did enjoy it
but i was never really like a huge fan about it
i only binged it just before that final season came out so i never really experienced everything around it aswell besides the sadness that was the final season
those first seasons were easily my favorite tho, but my personal favorite thing about got was everything surrounding jon snow pretty much
i enjoyed this for what it was but not like mad hyped about it or anything yk ?
Ooo ok gotcha
It's interesting that the first few seasons are your favorite, but the Jon arc was your preferred parts of the show.
Jon had muchhhh more to do in the later seasons compared to seasons 1 and 2
But yea the creators said this show is basically going back to basics and will heavily lean in to political aspects of Westeros again. So I'd definitely keep watching if that's what you enjoyed in the OG show

GOT falloff began when they pivoted from behind the scenes shady behavior with very rare action to becoming an action show
Exactly. GOT was at it's best when you had powerful people sitting at tables together just talking, arguing, and plotting
It was like everyone was constantly playing a game of chess with each other . The deadliest chess game ever
D&D get so much s*** for how they ended things, meanwhile this fat b**** has had like 10 years to wrap things up and hasn’t done s***.
Maybe the ending sucks so much cause this dude set a bunch of s*** up with no clue how to actually end it.
It’s wack the way this dude tries to get clout off of s***ting on his collaborators.
My dead cat could have written a better ending than these mfs, thats no excuse at all
This new episode was honestly dope...looking forward to a show free from GRRMs writing and D&Ds hackery
GRRM isnt writing on this?

One of these is not like the other
Petyr 'Littlefinger' Baelish: The realm. Do you know what the realm is? It's the thousand blades of Aegon's enemies, a story we agree to tell each other over and over, until we forget that it's a lie.
Lord Varys: But what do we have left, once we abandon the lie? Chaos? A gaping pit waiting to swallow us all.
Petyr 'Littlefinger' Baelish: Chaos isn't a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some, are given a chance to climb. They refuse, they cling to the realm or the gods or love. Illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.
GRRM isnt writing on this?
It’s based on a book written by GRRM and is very faithful so far
The star wars s*** they were rushing for got cancelled. Pisses me off to this day how they fumbled this
I swear D&D should be in jail for what they did
D&D clearly wanted to rush it, they should have taken their time to come up with a better last season smh
