She's more concerned about making herself correct. Overall tho I still like her as character just the writing can be questionable at times with this show

Yeah I think the whole “snarky but funny” character trait they do with her doesn’t land all that well

Like with Audrey Plaza in Parks and Rec or Roman in Succession pull it off well. Maybe it will change as the season progresses but so far she comes off as a prick more than anything else

S2 I'm losing interest. The new student doctors are just underwhelming, totally just background characters and too silly. Hard to see they will get the same growth (and the opportunity for it) as the s1 students

The new attending doctor makes me go wtf is this mane. So obvious the writers want us to hate her, the pairing with Robby and to see Robby 'rightfully' b**** about it got unbearable to watch, they just gon keep repeating this in every scene huh

Santos is still calling her colleagues with nicknames despite them clearly saying it's not cool and it all leads to nothing, again. Seems she never got a lesson after all the time bw the seasons. The writing validates her so many times what even is happening here. Ik Reddit people gonna say you just can't stand an assertive woman at your workplace

And the main thing really is that I'm not too thrilled anymore. Back in s1 the medical stuff was so fire to watch, felt new and different but now that I've gotten familiar to things and adjusted to the pacing everything has become more 'expected'. It's like watching a magic show couple times, the early watches felt amazing but should I keep feeling impressed if they disappear a horse instead of a car this time around. This loop the show is stuck to making just isn't fun anymore
