Also you all can get f***ed with this “where’s the twist” bullshit

I love that the show has twists but that was what ruined season 2. Sure I think they can push the plot complexity a little more but cmon

THANK YOU. same page. people wanted to hate and critique the confusion of the twists in season one and two and now are clamoring for more TWISTS. so silly

Im venting this is more so in general but I think people watch shows/movies with too much expectations in mind and when the creatives go somewhere else than they call the show bad.

I think people need to learn to take in art with no expectations that way they aren't blinded by them.

    Exactly
They know if they drop hints like season 1 people will figure it out and if they don’t drop hints people will be mad and say it’s unexpected

They can’t win with twists now

    This

I do hope they find a way to increase the quality of the writing next season though I think this was a noticeable step down from season 1 peaks

writing and fight sequences need work. more I think about it the more confused I get with the 8 episode cap on the season. those extra 2 hours of show we would have gotten with 10 episodes could have expanded a lot on characters that felt hollow and explain the tech of the world more in depth

    this season needed a Kiksuya

The gun sequences are just dumb they’re so clearly a weak point for the series so why are they continually using them?

I think that’s the biggest area to improve but s*** I enjoyed the season if this is as good as it gets post season 1 I’ll take it

IDK why Nolan and Joy do not do more directing and writing of episodes. Yes the entire script is them, but each individual episode varies who is writing and directing. I know TV shows rarely work that way but idk, feel like the vision of the showrunners is always more clear when they are doing it all episode to episode, writing and directing

Good to know Delores is dead for good now, gonna make it easier to not bother with this garbage of a show in the next season and however the f*** many seasons they plan to follow it up with.

Can't a "Delores" come back? Like a fraction of Halores, Martin-Lores, Musashi-Lores, or Lawrence-Lores from before

what is the deal with the post credit scene for season two. we have Williams daughter giving him a fidelity test. are we supposed to believe that was a hallucination now as he was having them in season 3?

I don't even think that the host William that killed William is the same Man In Black from season 2 post credit. I legit feel like he's a hybrid from a bit more off in the future.

I feel like Bernard collecting dust signifies that big time leap like all that dust in the season 2 post credit
