Big DogWhen to say when, Chicago Freestyle, Toosie, War, and Desires were all officially released with millions of plays. Pain had millions of youtube views, everyone has already heard the full drake verse on Demons, 100’s of thousands of views on snippets of Landed and Time Flies. Then there was the leaks of deep pockets and from florida with love that had a lot of traction. Not downplaying Kendrick, but definitely different.
I don't disagree but I still don't think that everyone heard those leaks and snippets, at least not casual fans
That tape was all over Twitter and even songs like Chicago Freestyle were trending even if it was already out, I don't think everyone heard those songs and those who did probably played it again with the full tape
And add the hype for the Carti song that everyone was waiting to hear in full
both still had about the same amount of new songs
One song on UU was also an interlude
But these are still amazing numbers for Drake, we're in a pandemic and streaming numbers are down
