to me it sounds like they just took the vocals and chopped them slightly, then added some record crackling noise and a slide whistleish noise

Idk could potentially try automating glitch presets in saturn, but I think it's probably just a chop with white noise

I've tried to use saturn a handful of times, I never got the glitch effects to work for me the way I wanted.

For the most part I just use it to warm up vocals or guitar, placed on a send.

Just me personally, but I don’t think that’s using a glitch effect (though you might be able to get the same outcome depending). I think U Okay Jay was right, that sounds like a straight up chop of the vocal with white noise for added effect

This thread makes me want to revisit that album so bad
