So this movie was about an evil scientist who was in charge of experimenting on children I believe. Was set on an island asylum type place. Plot revolved around one of the kids escaping but may have focused on 2 kids at one point. Think Tim Burton prison escape sort of thing.

I wish I remembered more details, but I vividly remember one of the main set pieces being similar to the Gorillaz Plastic Beach artwork, except it was night time and was a crazy looking facility on the island. Probably storming throughout the movie too. I think they eventually escaped by boat or submarine.

Anybody know what im talking about?
