I'm 6'3 and 22yo
For my whole life I've been a sports freak and I've been going to soccer practice twice a week as a kid for like 6 years
I always liked being active and playing ball (soccer, basketball, whatever)
But I was always the typical kid who wants to play all the time and doesn't care about stretches or anything like that
When my body started growing and I started spending more time sitting my body started tightening
Fast forward couple years and I went from a flexible kid who was fast, agile and overall in great shape to a man who has strength to shoot or kick the ball but literally cannot touch his feet while standing up
My back hurts after long sessions of bball, I feel my hips being locked like mfcker, I am slowly developing a terrible texting-neck. I cannot even fully straighten my legs when sitting on the floor.
I want to take it serious but there are so many ways to approach this.
I need someone to guide me.
I'm sure some KTT health gurus know amazing stretching routines
Please help a fam member
I don't wanna be 30yo looking like a grandpa and not being able to pick up a dime from the floor because my legs hurt

idk if you're joking or nah
But I can feel my but is tight asl and my legs are basically barely bending. My hips are locked.
I want all that sorted I want to free my legs

Also get a foamroller and a lacrosse ball to release all the super tight spots like hamstrings and hip flexors
U might be under a lot of stress too since stress induced muscle tightening often gets stored in the hips and/or abs
Therefore I suggest daily meditation for a while too
And idk if the above video has ab stretching but definitely do that too
