I'm currently signed in with my Twitter but that's been giving me some s***. Feel like if I logout I'll lose access entirely because I don't remember if I signed up with an email or not, always just used my Twitter. Is there still a way for me to connect my email to this account, or am I just gonna have to take the L there?

check settings (avatar menu top right). it should say at the bottom

Signed in with Twitter is what it says don't see anything else. I'm gonna keep checking around and figure something out.
