I'm interested, from everyone i've talked to it was either they were sought out from a contest or had some pass along the script through networking. Seem impossible to send anything yourself through cold inquiries.

Shows obviously have writers rooms etc, so what does it mean when each specific episode is ‘Written By ____’ in the credits and it’s one person
Does that just mean they came up with that specific episodes concept and they wrote it with the writers? Or do the writers come up with the concept and then the one person writes the script?
