I honestly have no idea. Every time I see some s*** like that on the news the perp is someone who has done that same thing like 20 times before. Idk what we doing

This man has been arrested 33 prior times, multiple assaults and gropings and has an outstanding case for robbery and petit larceny but was released without bail so he goes and gropes 4 more women a few days later. It’s bizarre.

On one hand, yeah. Bringing back asylums would be a way to deal with having actual facilities to deal with mentally ill.

On the one hand, as a nigga with mentally ill friends that aren’t a threat to no one but themselves, it gives me an ick the notion of institutionalizing someone against their own will.
