there is not too many other energy drinks that contain that much and on top of that through the course of the day i'll have an additional two redbulls or something like an iced coffee
i usually take 460 throughout the whole dayAh yeah that’s a good amount. Cold turkey works but you’ll feel like s*** for a few days at least. I used to take caffeine pills which are basically like legal cocaine
