i might’ve missed some some of his story but just explored his stuff in act 3 and the tie in with the cogwork dancers I thought was cool, poor guy suffering

Im kidding its just when u explore his memories he kinda comes off as an a****** but the whole story with the cogwork dancer is amazing and heartbreaking for sure

i've decided i'm going for act 3 because the game is just too fun and i was so thorough on my playthrough that not much is missing for it anyway

will probably play act 3 at a slower pace though

i never even did postgame in Hollow Knight, i was done with it after beating the "final" boss

doesn't change the fact that i'll never be a big fan of multiple endings and true endings though

Act 3 got me burning through tools quicker than ever these fights are OD

i got lucky i didnt use a lot of my tools so i just spammed them + having garmond (the fella with the bug ride). If i had to use my needle i was lost

its kinda annoying that the map gets filled out way beyond your field of view, it made me think I explored s*** i didnt

I was farming rosaries in the citadel so almost all the enemies in there I could smoke easily. I deactivated the thing that spawns those silk suckers too so the gauntlet was pretty chill til the last two

Idk if I ever even seen those big f***ers until then. Maybe just once before. I poison tacked the hell out of them

Almost always have on poison tacks and cogflys since I got them. Before that I rocked poison tacks and the heavy spear thing

Just got flint slate tho so I might start messing that that. Probably does crazy damage with hunters crest innate buff

80% of the time i'm playing this game with wanderer crest + flintslate

going into berzerk mode just got a nice feeling to it and the audio feedback when you're hitting enemies with flintslate active is so dope too can't get enough of it lmao

sound design is elite in this game in general obv

Wanderers is cool. Crits are always cool.

I usually swap between hunters and reaper. Tried architect a little for tool spam but I feel like it makes me use my needle less than I should so I like crests with only two red tool slots.

Feel like hunter and reaper have good slot setup too. 2 of each color tool is a nice sweet spot.

Was hunting down the last mask shards and spool extenders, only got 2 each left to find but think I’m gassed just gonna go finish the game now

I think i must be close to finish all content up to act 2. Besides buying every shop and whatever the crying kraken is, i have one mission that is called Silk and Soul and i have to do the deliver food by foot mission (only have THAT one left)
