To me the first part he is building the difference between him and Drake, that Kendrick was around street s*** growing up and not necessarily that he was that guy (he failed at both) but he was around that lifestyle. And he is internally ok with the fact that he failed at both, and doesn't have to pretend like Drake.

Then he talkin about Drake begging for attention faking for likes and digital hugs and pretending to have mob ties, talking about him wanting to be Jr/Drake's affiliation with J Prince to make him seem tough and that Drake is portraying that lifestyle like J Prince Jr. Drake portraying that and forgetting where he came from and everyone else seemingly just accepting that Drake is now this mobster so dementia runs in the family but if it gets shaky Dot will park his son
