But not just workout music, I felt like 2022 - 2023 Frank was really trying to find something to potentially make a comeback to music, hence him performing at Coachella in 2023, so he would also use Homer Radio as a way to gain inspiration through sound.

He also wanted to hear more of the underground who weren't put on yet so he improvised an idea where artists can submit their music via email and he'd pick the best track.

So to summarize the thread, Homer Radio wasn't necessarily for the fans but for Frank's benefit. This is a theory, don't throw stones at me.
