The album is bad though and deserves every bad score it gets
what a surprise, the reviewer takes every line literally and removes it from context so that he can call it bad
author's comment on the chickfila line was most egregious. kanye isn't referencing them because of their LGBTQ blah blah, he's referencing them because...they're closed on sunday. it ain't deeper than that, but he chooses to pretend that it is.
calling kanye's delivery robotic is anything but true
and claiming solipsism as a criticism is one of the laziest things. it's f***ing music w/ a human performer bruh. what do most people do when they sing? they sing a perspective, and typically the perspective belongs to them, especially in 2019.
lastly, the title is "gospel message ahead of musicality" but he doesn't even comment on musicality other than s*** like the "robotic delivery" which isn't very observable in the album (cus it's not very accurate)
this the only time imma do this cus i knew this album was gonna get panned, so i expect a lot more negative reviews that'll irk me
but f*** these hoes in advance
