He'll lose the beef for sure (which, I mean....) and will lose respect, but sue that nigga for slander and come with evidence you ain't.
I'm saying this bc the pedo allegations (which hey, fun to believe/make jokes, is a serious allegation to wager, there's only been second/third hand allegations, no victims yet) is gonna start hurting him now.

(1) kendrick is in the lead on the beef and so people will excuse him/give him a bit more benefit of the doubt
(2) the only thing the public may know about kendrick's history of domestic abuse is that little reported las vegas accusation from a decade ago which no one ever believed. the public and fans have been exposed to theories of drake's sexual impropriety for years (weird stories about toronto mansion parties, the millie bobby brown thing generating a ton of memes however many years ago that was, etc), so even though both accusations are unsubstantiated, the public already kind of has a file in their brain for drake and misconduct.
