It’s his best option. Him making catchy assessable hits rooted in Pop & R&B is the best route for him to take to get back to a better position. The general public right now is not feeling the Drake who subs and be rapping with a mob boss persona. Kendrick did some damage to his reputation and in the long run, it’d be better to focus on just making quality music and songs that get played everywhere then try to act like he was a seasoned vet who just won a war. He will just get made fun of even more.
