Personally felt that this album made a lot of sense when viewed through this lense and may help others connect the dots as well. Seems appropriate, parrticularly:
#1 would be a return to form for drake
#2 is something drake's always been strong at, maybe less so on this project, nonetheless
#4 to me would be the interplay between two historically black artforms
#5 would provide some grounding for the mixing choices
#6 given the past few years, this feels timely
#7 maybe one of the albums greatest strengths, the problem is the purist hates the tourist
