I think it was the HSR producer that was obsessed with Tio and even had a wallpaper of her in his phone so I wouldn't be surprised if I end up seeing her in the game

Skipping on Ruan Mei for Acheron but I just read some leaks and realised she might be a Lightning Nihility which is the last thing I need since I already got Kafka, I'm really hoping she isn't lightning man
