What if they pushed back horizon to 2022 and pushed god of war up to late 2021
will they really leave October, nov and dec empty?
feel like they should have some big exclusive up their sleeve...
gow 2 more like late 2022, maybe even early 2023
I think we all knew this delay was coming.
S*** I swear they announced this delay already lmao
Delayed till 2022
https://twitter.com/jasonschreier/status/1421161736779014154not really surprising tbh
We really getting cross gen games 2 years after the ps5 dropped lmao possibly even 3 if any other delays occur
So I bought a PS5 day one for what exactly?!
Rn its a Returnal and Demon Souls machine plus 4k 120 fps siege

I mean tbh it’s going to work out better for them because the sales all went to mostly scalpers. I didn’t manage to cop one until I got ludicrously lucky on a whim while driving down a f***ing highway after missing a restock but refreshing randomly to check. But the point is if they dropped everything now there won’t be as many people able to actually enjoy the initial release. There is going to be a huge mass of people that literally never play any of the games that came out this last year until they are like free on plus or deep sale and all the hype and mystery will be killed by then. If horizon dropped rn most people would end up watching a streamer play the whole game before they even managed to cop a ps5 and then when they did next year they wouldn’t bother with the game. The other good news is by the time it’s accessible to buy one a lot of the games that did drop will be updated to a playable state.. looking at you baulders gate and cyberpunk
Well hey at least next year stacked
With the amount of heavy hitters next year, I probably won’t even be thinking about this game.
2021 was the perfect time for release

People act brand new every console cycle but it was the same with PS3/PS4
It’s because it takes 2-3 years for the user base to grow

Uh no there was no PS4 exclusive that was cross gen day 1 with the PS3

Stop moving the goalposts, we were just talking about the years after launch, not one day.
MGS5, for instance, was a huge game that game out 2 years after the PS4 launch yet it came out on ps3/PS4
So it got delayed I see huh? Not bad though... It's around the same time the first game got released which isn't a bad idea tbh

Cool new article about them bringing the game world to life. This is the exact type of stuff I was hoping for that they improved on and added for this sequel.
The only funny thing is I feel like they use that "living breathing world" for every open world game nowadays lol and most games with a few exceptions dont live up to it. But i trust Guerilla and Sony. This should be amazing.
Something about this games looks way more interesting than the snooze fest that was the first game

From that article I posted a few replies up, it seems like they are trying to flesh the world out more and make it more fun and immersive to play in. Because that's exactly what the first game needed even though I enjoyed it, it definitely was a bit bland and boring to a degree. Hoping the same happens with Ragnarok as well as far as them making the world feel more alive
