There's a mental health crisis in young men partly fuelled by the alarming dip in testosterone over last few decades. Low testosterone levels in males has a crazy list of side effects, Just research it. Fellas need to get back to doing manly physical activity, eating red meat, playing less video games and Having sex. All of which current gen lacking. While we don't know what's caused the dip in testosterone, these are activities that raise it - and that's backed by study after study.
To anyone who may read this. Please stick with the science and not OPs vague nonsense.
