T-Pain is only a prodigy who wrote records at a historic level. His gift of melody is almost unrivaled. I remember having a convo w/Pain's people about his influence.

Pain's the guy who taught modern day Hip-Hop how to make easily digestible, fun, melodic pop rap that could crossover. Your favorite rapper would kill for his skillset.
