Was kinda too safe, also I didn't expected it to be that much similar to Sherlock story, both faking their deaths.

Never drew that parallel because I watched them years apart. I mean sure it was safe, but was the show ever not? Like I've only seen parts of it here & there as a kid for the most part but looking back on it seems like it followed a pretty standard formula with "asshole" House thrown in to spice it up a bit. Do remember a bus episode fever dream of House or something along those lines though so that's a bit more out there.

For those that have rewatched recently-ish, does House still hold up?

I remember loving this show back when it was out on tv but idk if I ever finished the show completely?

It’s been so long, I don’t really remember anything from the show. All I remember is House being addicted to painkillers and that’s about it lol

Kinda? The storylines are still good, a lotttt of jokes are dated though. House is a caricature of the ‘cool’ a****** personality of the 2000s that died off, so a lot of the jokes playing off that (80% of the comedy in the show) def aged poorly. And the epiphany during an unrelated convo cliche gets old after awhile.

I rewatch it every couple of years (last time was a year ago), I still love it but it definitely spoiled in some areas for me.

We need a reunion movie or limited series.

Point of that was to foreshadow the Kutner suicide but idk if they’re missing that or not it was still p mean but that’s Taub’s whole shtick cause he’s a plastic surgery shmuck who only cares about his status

Edit: (Tho it’s also revealed that taub struggled with suicide himself and he’s masking it here if I remember right)
