go to any era in hip hop since 2005 and you will hear damn near all the exact same talking points slightly tweaked every single time, except sometimes itll shift to what the previous gen thought was important and the fact that this gen doesnt see it as most important

hip hop is literally the biggest genre on earth it is not dead it makes up 50% of all music revenue & streams at #1, while new innovation and fresh sounds pop up all the time
